Tecno has just officially revealed the Phantom V Fold2 and Phantom V Flip2 designs. This happened as the company launched pre-orders for its two upcoming foldable smartphones. Tecno Ghana announced this, while adding that pre-orders will last from August 19 to August 24.

As you can see in the provided images, the Tecno Phantom V Fold2 has three rear cameras, while the Phantom V Flip2 has two . The two smartphones do look quite different, actually. The cover display on the Phantom V Fold2 also has a centered display camera hole. A stylus pen is shown here too.
You’ll notice that the second-gen Phantom V Flip has a larger cover display. That display will seemingly go around the rear cameras too, similar to what Motorola did with the Razr+ 2024 aka Razr 50 Ultra.
These are the chips expected to fuel these two phones
The MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ is expected to fuel the ‘Fold’. The MediaTek Dimensity 8050 will likely fuel the ‘Flip’ phone from Tecno. Considering this reveal, both smartphones are likely right around the corner.
Tecno Ghana is offering some freebies for people who pre-order these devices. They can get a gift box with a Bluetooth speaker and a flask, a travel bag, and a Watch 3. In addition to that, 15GB of MTN data for six months are also included, 180 days of screen insurance, and a 12+1 month extended warranty.
It remains to be seen what will the offers be in other markets, however. Speaking of which, it will be interesting to see in how many markets will Tecno end up offering these two smartphones. The company is expected to expand their availability compared to first-gen models.
Do note that the Phantom V Fold2 already surfaced on the Google Play Console, while partial designs of both smartphones were tipped not long ago.
