Lenovo is at Mobile World Congress 2026 and has announced a series of new business devices, including a new rugged Android tablet called the ThinkTab X11. This new tablet is part of Lenovo’s ‘Think’ collection and was designed for workers in industrial environments. Construction workers, contractors, first responders, and basically any job where people are out in the field and need something durable are those who would benefit from this tablet.
Powered by AI, the Lenovo ThinkTab X11 is intended to give frontline workers the tools they need to get their jobs done more efficiently. It has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 mobile platform at its core, making it powerful enough to handle daily workflows. It’s also built with an IP68 rating and tested to an MIL-STD-810H standard for durability. So, no matter what your job demands of you, this tablet is likely safe from harsh conditions.
In addition to the ThinkTab X11 tablet, Lenovo has also announced new work laptops
Lenovo isn’t just expanding its portfolio of business-oriented tablets. It’s also bringing new laptops to the show. This includes the ThinkBook 14 Gen 6, which is the company’s latest 2-in-1, and the new ThinkPad T-Series, which includes four different laptops. Those are the ThinkPad T14 Gen 7, the ThinkPad T16 Gen 5, the ThinkPad T14s Gen 7, and the ThinkPad T14s 2-in-1 Gen 2. There’s also the ThinkPad X13 Detachable. This is a tablet PC running on Windows 11, much like Microsoft’s Surface tablets.
It has a built-in kickstand, so even without the keyboard attachment, you can pop this kickstand out and use it like a touchscreen tablet when the situation calls for it. Lenovo is offering all of these with Intel Core Ultra Series 3 chips, but a few of them also have alternative chipset options. For example, the ThinkPad T14s Gen 7 has a Snapdragon X2 Elite option, and the ThinkPad T14 Gen 7 and ThinkPad T16 Gen 5 come in AMD AI Pro 400 models. Naturally, all of these run Windows 11, and they’re all beefed up with Copilot+, continuing Lenovo’s efforts to bake AI into its devices.
Lenovo is also getting into portable monitors with the new ThinkVision M16. This display is 16 inches in size, slim, and lightweight, so it’s easy to carry from place to place. It’s an ideal design for anyone who needs a second monitor in the field. Lenovo says most of these devices will be released in Q2, although a few of them will drop in Q3, so not for a while. As for pricing, the ThinkVision M17 will be $259, the ThinkTab X11 starts at $499, and the laptops all start above $1,700.
Lenovo’s Modular PC concept is one of its most interesting new devices
While everything else that Lenovo has announced so far will be launching later this year, one device that Lenovo isn’t actually releasing (so far), is its modular PC concept. This laptop concept is built around an ethos of “carry small, use big,” Lenovo says, and was designed to support productivity, content consumption, and collaboration in a variety of ways depending on the scenario.
It has two displays and a keyboard. Although everything centers around the ultra-slim base display that’s 14 inches in size. You can mount the secondary display to the bottom where the keyboard would be, or attach the keyboard instead and have the secondary display connected on the side. The second display also has a built-in kickstand.
