OPPO has just officially confirmed the design of its upcoming flagship, the OPPO Find X9 Ultra. Not only that, but the company also revealed the colors that are coming and further detailed the camera benefits.
Do note that the colors have been revealed by OPPO’s China outlet, so the availability in other markets could differ. However, we do know that the Earth Tundra aka Black color will be available globally, as that one was shared by OPPO Global.
The OPPO Find X9 Ultra design & colors are now official
If you take a look at the gallery below, you’ll see three colors of the OPPO Find X9 Ultra. OPPO showed it in Black (Earth Tundra), White (Polar Glaciers), and Orange (Velvet Sand Canyon) colors.
The Earth Tundra model has an interesting design on the back, and also vegan leather on most of its back side. The other two seem to have glass on the back. A large, circular camera island sits on the back, and it does protrude quite a bit. The frame of the phone is flat, as is its display.
OPPO also shared a teaser of the phone, which you can see below. In it, it not only shows some of the cameras from the inside, but it also shows the teleconverter kit. This was shared by OPPO Global, which confirms that the teleconverter kit will become available globally as well.
What else? Well, the company further detailed the phone’s cameras. The company confirmed the camera specs last week, and now some additional details have been shared.
The main camera will deliver 10% more light intake compared to its predecessor. OPPO says that this rivals a 1-inch sensor. That’s not surprising, as this is a 1/1.12-inch camera sensor.
The phone will deliver massive camera upgrades
A 50-megapixel 10x optical telephoto camera will be included, and the 50-megapixel ultrawide camera will deliver 56% more light intake. The 200-megapixel 3x super portrait telephoto camera will offer 36% more light intake. The new generation true color camera will provide 43% more light sensitivity, while the 50-megapixel selfie camera will offer 56% more pixels.
The OPPO Find X9 Ultra will launch globally on April 21.
